The function of this failure cause is not linked (in the function net) with the function of its corresponding failure mode.
The following example shows this situation. As can be seen in the Formsheet image (last image), at failure causes bf2* und bf3* an info icon appears. This is because the functions, k and m, belonging to these causes are not linked to the function of the failure mode e1. Thereby g does not exist in any function net, while m is linked to v, which in turn is not a function of the failure mode e1.
