Search:
Action groups without valuation

Explanation:

A search will be made for action groups that have not been rejected and for which neither their O or D rating has been defined.

Note 1: In IQ FMEA, it is not the actions but the action groups that count for the evaluation, since there may be several actions with the same type in one action group.

Note 2: An action group is considered rejected if all the actions contained within this group are rejected.

Example:

  • In the above structure, eight preventive actions (PA; Hot-Click-Symbol:preventive action) and seven detection actions (DA; Hot-Click-Symbol:detection action) are anchored at various failures, partly with, partly without deadlines and/or responsibles.
  • In the IQ-Software, each action (when linked with a failure) is assigned a standard deadline status. You can define the default status in the document settings. Deadlines can be assigned five possible states. In this example, all five states are used.
  • The total of 15 actions are divided into six action groups. Of these six action groups, three groups have neither an O or a D rating. Furthermore, one of these groups has been “rejected”.

Applying the filter to the above structure will lead to finding two action groups that have neither an O or a D rating and are not “rejected”.

These are the action groups found in the revision state at failure BF1  and the initial state at failure BF5.

The action group at BF2 is not part of the result because its complete status is “rejected”.
