Search:

Linked functions and characteristics without failures

Explanation:

A search will be performed for functions and characteristics that are linked in function nets but do not have failures

Example:

060-Se

  • This structure consists of three structure elements, each of which have two functions (function),  one product characteristic (Product characteristic) and one process characteristic (Process characteristic) assigned.
  • With the display option “Function net” active, it is possible to which functions and characteristics are linked in a function net. Here there are ten objects linked.
  • This Quality Rule takes these ten objects and checks which do not have failures; four of the ten objects do not have failures in this example.
