We have recently updated our Virtual DFMEA & PFMEA Intro Training Programs to include an “Advanced Training Session Day” that I will personally facilitate and will cover Advanced Topics such as Excel Importing (FMEA and/or Control Plan + updating characteristics), Management Reporting, IQ-Explorer (Filtering) and the FMEA Scope Analysis delivered on the final day of training whether you participate in either the DFMEA or PFMEA virtual training. With our new training approach, not only will you learn the basics of the IQ-Software following the AIAG/VDA FMEA Alignment Steps, you will also come away with Advanced Knowledge that would have previously only been acquired by attending an Advanced Training Workshop. Participating in these learning events will lead to substantial cost savings for you and your organization and significant improvement in the management of FMEA projects within the IQ-Software.

  • Thank you Anthony and Chad, for conducting the training. All in all, the workshop was very useful. Truly appreciate your customized feedback for improving our existing DFMEA. I liked how you both asked questions at every stage, to make us think deeper and see the bigger scheme of things – the 5 WHYs approach. Looking forward to work with your both again. Appreciate the time and effort you both put in.” Samsung SDI | Auburn Hills, MI
  • Anthony is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer. He made us do DFMEA exercises at our own pace and did not rush through the training materials. Questions he posed ensured that we delve deeper into the bigger scheme of 5Whys.Samsung SDI | Auburn Hills, MI
