A maintenance contract provides the ideal supplement to our APIS IQ-Software. It includes:
- Support Service – Our support staff will promptly answer your questions concerning the application via telephone or e-mail, and can give you helpful information on how you can work with the software more efficiently.
- Service Packs – Usually released once every quarter, our software is in constant development in order to meet the requirements of our customers.
- New Software Releases – About every 3 years, we release new software with comprehensive revisions of functionality and adjustments to new QM guidelines.
- Maintenance customer-only features – functionalities which during the life span of a major version are only available to maintenance customers
