- Within the APIS IQ-Software you can select the menu item “Help | Contents…”
- You can also download the APIS IQ-Software manual in the download section “Reference Documents” for free.
Please note that support beyond the installation is only possible with a maintenance contract; the ideal supplement to our APIS IQ-Software.
- Support Service – Our support staff will promptly answer your questions concerning the application via telephone or e-mail, and will give you helpful information on how you can work with the software more efficiently.
- Service Packs – Usually released once every quarter, our software is in constant development in order to meet the requirements of our customers.
- New Software Releases – About every 3 years, we release new software with comprehensive revisions of functionality and adjustments to new QM guidelines.
- Maintenance customer-only features – functionalities which during the life span of a major version are only available to maintenance customers
