Search:

Failures with S-rating which have at least one effect

Explanation:

A search will be performed for failures that have an S rating assigned and additionally at least one effect.

Note:

  • All failures of the .fme file are taken into account for this analysis. The failures that will appear in the results are causes which have an S rating assigned. Only top failures should have an S rating assigned.
  • Top failures are failures that have causes but no effects.

Example:

  • In this example, there are four structure elements, which have either two or four failures. With the correct display options set (here: Valuation & Failure net hot-click icon), it is possible to see which failures have Severity valuations and also if they are linked in a failure in direction of effects.
  • A failure that is linked in the direction of effects will either have this icon failure net leftor this one failure net both.
