Action groups without actions

  • In the above structure, action states and action groups have been agreed for four different failures. O and D ratings were randomly assigned to the (in total)  six action groups; only one action state did not receive an O and D rating. Likewise, preventive and detection actions were randomly distributed among the action groups.
  • The Quality Rule discussed here is intended to locate such action groups for which no preventive and detection actions are defined. At the same time, this means that no responsible persons, deadlines and states (e.g. rejected) can be assigned to such action groups either; because these attributes are linked to actions.

Three action groups deliver hits when this Quality Rule is used, as these do not have any preventive or detection actions assigned.
