Search:
Preventive-action types with inconsistent O rating
Explanation:
A search will be performed for instances of preventive action types, whereby the O (occurrence) rating assigned differs
Example:

- The structure above has two preventive actions PA1 and PA2 (hot-click icon ) anchored at various failures which have differing amounts of instances. The same applies to the detection actions (hot-click icon ) DA1 and DA2. The number of instances are always displayed in curly braces: PA1 {4}, PA2 {3}, DA1 {3} and DA2 {2}.
- This Quality Rules identifies any instances of preventive actions, which have O ratings that differ. From the structure above, it is possible to see that the four instances of PA1 have in total three different O ratings. Furthermore, all three of the O ratings at instances of PA2 are different.
- The revision state, deadline status, and whether or not deadlines/responsibles have been determined are not factors for this QR.
Search result:
This example will deliver 7 hits: all instances for PA1 and all instances of PA2.
