CSS Module:
[x] Module categories access rights:
Access rights now can be assigned to module categories. The access rights can be activated via CARM Server settings in “CSS Module”. The Services Manager was extended by a new editor named “CSS Module Access Rights Management”. This editor is only available to the Admin user and allows to define access rights for module categories using the module certificates.
